At www.eximjobs.com, we are committed to providing a platform that effectively assists job seekers in finding suitable employment opportunities. We understand the importance of a supportive job search experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which job seekers, who are registered members and have paid for membership, can request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund :

A refund is eligible to registered members who have paid for membership under the following condition:

Non-Placement: If the member does not secure a job placement within 5 years from the date of their paid membership activation.

2. Conditions for Refund :

To qualify for a refund, members must meet the following criteria::

  • Active Engagement: The member must have actively engaged with the job portal, which includes regularly updating their profile, applying for suitable positions, and responding to potential employers.
  • Proof of Effort : Members must demonstrate consistent effort in job seeking through the portal, evidenced by a minimum 100 numbers of job applications per year as specified by www.eximjobs.com
  • Good Standing : The account must be in good standing without any record of fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
3. Refund Process:
  • Request Submission : Members must submit a refund request through [specified mode – email, portal form, etc.] within 30 days post the completion of the 5-year membership period.
  • Verification : www.eximjobs.com will review the member’s account activity to verify compliance with the eligibility criteria.
  • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 30 business days following verification.
4. Refund Amount:

The refund will be calculated as 50% of the total membership fee paid, excluding any applicable taxes or additional charges. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Policy for Employers :

Since there is no registration charges, there is no refund policy for employers. The purchases by the employers are done only after matching the suitable profiles as per their vacancies.

6. Exceptions:

This refund policy does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • If the member secures a job placement but chooses not to accept the offer.
  • If the member secures a job placement but chooses not to accept the offer.
7. For membership renewals :

If the member’s account is terminated due to violation of www.eximjobs.com’s Terms of Service.

8. Legal issue :

In case of any legal issues will be solely at Navi Mumbai court’s jurisdiction only.

9. Miscellaneous:

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of www.eximjobs.com. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
Refunds are exclusive to the membership fee and do not cover any other expenses incurred during the job search process.
